While driving one evening, I was involved in a serious car accident. I was hit by another car that had run a red light, sending my car reeling across the intersection. It was a horrific accident, but the worst was yet to come.
What happened in the following months was a tough time for me; my car was totaled, and my neck and back injuries really started to act up. Nor are all cases run as smoothly, inclusive of some comedic effort, as those, seen more recently, on Boston Legal... I will tell you that it will take a long while with effort to get your case heard in a Court of Law, but if justice is to be served, you cannot give up and must have faith in yourself and your attorney...
My attorney, fortunately, is someone I was able to speak with directly over this long period, which was so important, at that time, to my sense of well being... Steve Gorey, though very professional in his handling of my case, did not make me feel like I was just a Case Number... This mild mannered man fought a hard fight as he took on an Ali persona to win which amazed me in the court room and resulted in a jury verdict totally in my favor... If I were to ever need expert handling in this field of law again I would definitely choose Steve Gorey as my attorney.

The defense attorney thought she had the case cinched. Though I was still in early recovery from a serious spinal fusion operation I was pummeled for nearly 2 1/2 hours on the stand. The doctor for the defense who had examined me earlier was then called in to testify against the need for my surgery and for the non-liability of my former employer.
